COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this course, the student will focus on the period of the Patristic period to the start of the Middle Ages. Emphasis will be given to doctrines relevant to the Christian traditions of the countries where the students come from. It approaches the subjects historically as well as topically, and sets the development of the doctrine in the context of the life of the church in the first five centuries of its existence.

An examination of the biblical and theological principles of Christian prayer and their application in life and ministry.


GENERAL INFORMATION
This course examines the concept of servant leadership in historical and canonical perspectives. A study of the nature, styles, and skills of servant leadership will be done with an emphasis on values, personal introspection and the ability of the servant leader to understand the environment in which they lead. Personal care of the servant leader will also be considered in this course.
